Rosemont kicks off its new Cooking School this month with PASTA 101 Fresh Pasta: Basic and Extraordinary – three linked classes that will give participants the skills needed to confidently and creatively make delicious fresh pasta at home. All classes are taught by Rosemont Chef Bryan Dame in the intimacy of the Rosemont Kitchen at 559 Brighton Avenue in Portland. Each class ends with something delicious to eat, and participants leave with something to experiment with at home!
