At Rosemont, we buy over 2,000 pounds of flour every week—so it matters where it comes from. We source as close to home as possible and choose high-quality ingredients from partners who share our values. Here are some of them.

Maine Grains

We’ve used Maine Grains 100% Whole Wheat for years—it’s our only whole wheat. Their heritage flours add extra flavor to our locally inspired loaves.

Kate’s

Made locally in Arundel, Kate’s butter and buttermilk come from family-raised and hormone-free cows that produce the richest cream.

Green Meadow Farm

Based in Aroostook County, Green Meadow Farm is the third-generation, family-owned farm and distributor providing our eggs.

Cooper Farms

Our pure maple syrup comes from Cooper Farms, right in Windham, Maine—sweet, local flavor we trust.

Maya’s Apiary

Harvested with care, Maya’s Apiary in Sidney, Maine delivers local honey to our bakers.
