Located in Freeport, Maine, Winter Hill Farm operates a small creamery producing, yogurt, and award winning artisanal cheeses.
For over 100 years the family at Springale Farm has milked Jersey and Guernsey cows in Waldo, Maine. The cows provide fresh, rich milk—perfect for producing delicious cheeses.
Saco River Goat Cheese in Shapleigh produces fresh, small-batch chèvre from their herd of Alpine and Nubian goats. Their cheeses are crafted with care on the farm, using simple ingredients to highlight the clean, tangy flavor of goat’s milk.
