Challah
Available for holidays only—A soft, golden braided loaf with a light sweetness and tender crumb—perfect for sharing, toasting, or turning into the best French toast.

Example Flavors: Anadama, Jalapeno Cheddar, Maple Oatmeal, Pesto & Roasted Garlic, Sesame Scallion, and Spinach Herb.
Mild and hearty, this 1-day ferment combines Maine-grown whole wheat with a seven-grain blend. Expect a dark, caramelized crust and a tender, open crumb—our heartiest loaf, baked with care.
We use a 2-day process with wild yeast, a slow 24-hour ferment, and a deep, caramelized crust to create a classic tangy flavor that stays fresh for days.
