Jasper Hill Farm was founded by brothers Andy and Mateo Kehler and their wives, Victoria and Angie, who transformed a rocky hillside in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom into one of the country’s most innovative creameries. From the start, their goal was clear: to create a sustainable model for small-scale dairy farming by turning milk into something of greater value—remarkable cheese.
What began as a single barn has grown into a thriving enterprise rooted in craftsmanship and collaboration. Beneath their pastures lies The Cellars at Jasper Hill—a 22,000-square-foot aging facility that supports not only Jasper Hill’s own cheeses but also those of neighboring creameries.
This shared space allows makers to focus on what matters most: producing exceptional milk and world-class cheese.
