Highlights include crisp Tuscan rosés, a lightly sparkling Ligurian Lumassina Frizzante, a bold Sicilian Nero d’Avola, and a citrusy Verdicchio from the Castelli di Jesi — rounded out by a handful of French favorites from the Kermit Lynch portfolio.

And to pair with it all: an exclusive wine-washed cheese made just for us by HayMay Cheesemakers in Farmington.
