Mike will be pouring and sharing the stories of:
2020 Thymiopoulos Atma Assyrtiko from Naoussa, Greece
Tasting notes: lime zest, mineral-driven, salty undertones, light & fresh, similar to sauvignon blanc
2018 Giannikos Windmill Malagousia from Peloponnese, Greece
Tasting notes: poached pears, honey, yellow apples, rich & creamy, similar to chardonnay
2020 Thymiopoulos Young Vines Xinomavro from Naoussa, Greece
Tasting Notes: smoky, volcanic, savory, balsamic, dried strawberries, balanced, similar to pinot noir
