Featured Collaboration: Bumbleroot Organic Farm Greens Mixes
At Rosemont, some of our favorite things start with a conversation with a farmer. Our partnership with Bumbleroot Organic Farm is a good example of exactly that.
Bumbleroot is a family-run, certified organic farm in Windham, and after a successful debut last summer, their exclusive greens mixes are back at Rosemont for 2026. We worked together to create three seasonal blends you won’t find anywhere else. Grown just up the road, these are as seasonal and local as it gets.
This kind of partnership matters to us, and it matters to the farmers we work with. As Rosemont CEO Mark Law explained to the Portland Press Herald, the arrangement gives Bumbleroot a reliable, consistent place to sell their product, and gives us something genuinely special to offer our customers.
“Farmers’ partnerships with local grocers can be much more beneficial than doing business with large supermarket chains. Agricultural experts suggest that supermarket contracts with farmers can be very rigid and are sometimes voided if the farmers miss a delivery day, for instance, even due to inclement weather. Farmers can also wait many months for their invoices to be paid.”
