Made to pair with our limited edition Herb, Garlic & Toasted Sesame Sourdough bread. Only available on Saturdays in June 2024.

Ingredients:

  • Saco River Farms Chevre – plain or flavored!
  • Moussam Valley Shittake Mushrooms – sliced
  • Chopped Parsley or Thyme
  • Olive oil & flaky salt to garnish

Method:

  • Slide & toast sourdough bread.
  • If goat cheese is not already spreadable, whip into a spreadable cheese.
  • Add an even amount of olive oil & butter to a sauce pan on low-medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until lightly golden.
  • Spread goat cheese on toast and add your mushrooms. Sprinkle with chopped herbs & enjoy!
