Made to pair with our limited edition Herb, Garlic & Toasted Sesame Sourdough bread. Only available on Saturdays in June 2024.
Ingredients:
- Saco River Farms Chevre – plain or flavored!
- Moussam Valley Shittake Mushrooms – sliced
- Chopped Parsley or Thyme
- Olive oil & flaky salt to garnish
Method:
- Slide & toast sourdough bread.
- If goat cheese is not already spreadable, whip into a spreadable cheese.
- Add an even amount of olive oil & butter to a sauce pan on low-medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until lightly golden.
- Spread goat cheese on toast and add your mushrooms. Sprinkle with chopped herbs & enjoy!
