Rather than having to remember coupons or search your inbox to find a discount code, Rosemont Rewards is conveniently linked to your customer account. All you need to do is scan your customer card each time you shop with us. Redeemable discounts, offers and punches will automatically be applied to your account at checkout.
How to Sign Up:
Becoming a Rosemont Rewards customer is simple. Next time you’re checking out, be sure to let the cashier know you are interested in joining Rosemont Rewards and they will quickly enroll you in the program. If you’d rather enroll online, please create an account here and be sure to check the box that says “send coupons and special offers”.
Are you a wine lover? Be sure to opt-in to our Wine Club when you sign up for Rosemont Rewards. Rosemont Wine Club members receive 5% off ALL wine. To join, simply let the cashier know at checkout that you would like to receive promotions related to Wine Club. If you have registered through our online shopping system, login and head to Profile > Customer Group > and check the box next to “Wine Club” to start receiving special offers specific to our wine department.
Rosemont Rewards FAQ's
Can I accumulate points?
Rosemont’s rewards program is not based on a points system. Rather, it is a promotions system that will include frequent and exciting promotions and discounts on the items you buy most, or on products that are seasonal, local, and fresh.
How come I am already in the system but I have not been receiving any discounts?
While some customers are in our system from signing up for our newsletter, participating in our wine club, or other programs over the years, Rosemont Rewards is a new program.
Do I have to print the email with the offer in it and bring it to the market to receive the discount?
Nope! The discount is linked to your customer account, all you need to do is provide your name or phone number, or swipe your customer ID card, upon checkout. This will pull up your account and apply any discounts, coupons or special offers.
Do I have to give my name every time I check out?
Sort of… You either need to swipe your customer ID card, give your name, or give your phone number each time you check out.
Can I opt out if I change my mind?
Absolutely! You can opt-out anytime by letting our cashier know at checkout, or by opting out using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of an email you receive from us. Unfortunately, once you opt-out you are unable to opt in again.
Can I sign up online?
Yes! To sign up online, you’ll need to create an account using our online order system and be sure to check the box that says: “send coupons and special offers”. Be sure to login each time you place an online order to track and receive your rewards benefits.
Will my information be shared with anyone outside of Rosemont?
