We make all of our bread by hand. Seven nights a week, while most of us are sleeping, Rosemont’s bread bakers are kneading dough and creating hundreds of exquisite loaves of bread. Winter is cooling off our variety of local produce, but don’t worry: there is still plenty to look forward to. Local varieties of baby parsnips, bolero carrots, radishes, beets, cabbage, kale, potatoes and more are in all our stores. Local greens will be filtering in and out of our stores when available. It is also the heart of citrus season – look for the blood oranges and cara caras arriving, joining the tangerines, clementines and navel oranges already on our shelves! Apple and squash seasons are winding down, but we’ve still got plenty of local varieties.
