We make all of our bread by hand. Seven nights a week, while most of us are sleeping, Rosemont’s bread bakers are kneading dough and creating hundreds of exquisite loaves of bread. It’s almost time for Spring produce! Farmers are looking to start planting their seeds as the ground thaws and the temperature climbs, slowly but surely. In the meantime, we still have local varieties of greens, radishes, beets, kale, potatoes and more are in all our stores. It is also the heart of citrus season – look for blood oranges, cara caras, tangerines, clementines and navel oranges already on our shelves! Apple and squash seasons are winding down, but we’ve got some delicious cold-stored Fuji and Gala apples from Washington to take their place.
